Checking how learning is evolving
While the training project is on-going our Programmes Department checks the quality of the course and how it is evolving. We inform the company of any additional content or variations from the initial programme.
Particular attention will be given to analysing progress in the following areas:
- PARTICIPATION AND MOTIVATION
- COMPREHENSION SKILLS
- SPEAKING SKILLS
- GRAMMATICAL KNOWLEDGE
- OVERALL PERFORMANCEO
Final analysis
Teachers provide the company with a final report giving a precise picture of the results achieved in relation to the teaching objectives.
The assessment and results analysis are the final steps in the training process. This enables any follow-up courses to be planned with a view to continued training.
